Silent Meditation
A shared meditation space with Marta
This is a 45-minute online meditation space.
We begin with a short welcome and a moment to settle in, followed by 30 minutes of silent meditation. At the end, we gently close the space together.
There is no guided meditation or teaching. The intention is simply to sit together in stillness and presence.
Meditating in a shared space can help deepen focus, calm the nervous system, and bring a quiet sense of grounding and connection.
You are welcome to join exactly as you are and take part in the silence.
