Terms
Services and digital products are provided by Hazel Path Consulting Ltd, trading as Marta The Medium. By booking or purchasing any service or product, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Delivery
Online courses are delivered via Teachable. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
One-to-one sessions, readings, and other live services are delivered online via Zoom or email. Booking confirmations and relevant details will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and the session may be considered forfeited.
Refunds
All services, sessions, and digital products are non-refundable.
Once a session has been booked or a digital product has been purchased, no refunds will be issued.
If you are unable to attend your session and provide sufficient notice, you may request to reschedule according to the policy above.
Completed sessions are non-refundable under all circumstances.
