Every session begins by creating a sacred space of connection.

It is an honour to sit with you and open to the guidance and insight that comes through.

These sessions may include connection with loved ones in spirit, guidance from spirit guides or angels, insight into your life path, or past life influences, depending on what is present.

Alongside this, we bring gentle awareness to what is happening within you, emotionally, energetically, and physically.

Depending on what is present, the session may also open into deeper layers of your experience, allowing what is ready to be seen to come into clarity.

We follow what naturally comes forward.

Each session is guided by what is present for you in the moment.

There is no fixed structure, and nothing is forced.

We may move between connection with spirit, intuitive insight, and deeper awareness of what is unfolding within your body and energy.

At times, this may open into deeper layers of your experience, bringing forward patterns, emotions, or aspects of your path that are ready to be seen and understood.

You do not need to prepare anything in advance.

Many people arrive simply with a feeling that something is unclear, heavy, or difficult to name.

During the session, this becomes more defined, allowing you to see what is truly there and what it requires from you.

Clients often leave with:

• a greater sense of steadiness and calm

• deeper trust in their own inner knowing
